Life at Keen

While we partner with some of the leading tech companies, our own culture remains central to everything we do. We are a close-knit team who value learning, collaboration and genuine human connection. Our headquarters are located at the heart of the Jordaan, just a scenic walk from Amsterdam Centraal. On weekly office days we start the morning with coffee and croissants before catching up with colleagues across projects and enjoying lunch together. With Amsterdam’s canals right at our doorstep, there is always opportunity for a nice stroll. These moments create space to exchange ideas, share strategies, celebrate successes and strengthen the relationships that make our team unique.

The KeenAcademy

One of our core values is “Keen to learn”, and the KeenAcademy is how we put it into practice. Based on feedback and learning needs, we design a tailor-made program with monthly sessions featuring insights of industry leaders exclusively for Keenies. Additionally, we promote peer-to-peer learning by organizing internal workshops and giving up the stage to our Talent Partners and their topic of choice, and offer 1-on-1 coaching for personal and professional development.

What you bring to the team:

• At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end tech recruitment, with a good knowledge of various technology roles including their skill set

• You’re proficient in sourcing, attracting, and hiring for various tech roles such as software engineers, data scientists, and IT professionals

• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in using ATS systems and other recruitment tools
